2022 Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition- All you need to Know!!

The Hero Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition has been introduced in a new Matte Black colour scheme, with double discs and single-channel ABS, and is priced at Rs. 1,16,600 (Ex-showroom, Delhi). As the name suggests, this new model features an all-black exterior with red accents that are visible on the headlight mask and the alloy wheels. Along with LED winkers and side-stand engine cut-off, the Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition gains a few new features. A new gear position indicator on the speedometer console, an LCD brightness adjustment, and an integrated USB charger are now included.

Mechanically, there are no changes to the Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition, and it shares the same underpinnings as the standard model. The 160 cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder fuel-injected engine produces 15 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 14 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. The bike comes equipped with a 5-speed gearbox, & it’s so quick that Hero claims that the bike does the zero-60kmph sprint in 4.7 seconds.

The mileage of Xtreme 160R is 55.47 kmpl. This is the claimed ARAI mileage for all the variants of Xtreme 160R. According to Hero Xtreme 160R owners, the actual fuel economy of the vehicle is around 50–52 kmpl.

Full-LED lighting for the headlamp, turn signals, and the tail lamp is included in the Xtreme 160R Stealth Edition’s feature list. Along with an engine cutoff switch for the side-stand, it also has a hazard switch. A fully digital display with a brightness control feature is also included. Moreover, On the speedometer console, a new gear position indicator and an integrated USB charger are now present. The motorcycle is supported by Showa-made 37mm telescopic forks up front and a mono-shock in the back.

In terms of competition, the motorcycle takes on the Suzuki Gixxer, TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Yamaha FZ S V3, and Bajaj Pulsar NS160 in India.
