Top Upcoming Bikes above 200cc Engine Capacity will be KTM RC 390 2022, Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650.

(1) KTM RC 390 2022

According to our dealer sources, it could be released in India next month.
Unofficial bookings for the motorcycle have also begun at few dealerships.

The new bike will have an all-new design, including an LED headlight and a restyled fairing. More features are expected to be added, including a TFT display and Bluetooth connectivity for the new RC. The engine appears to be very similar, but the exhaust routing on the upcoming bike has been changed. We anticipate a minor change in geometry as well.

An official unveiling is expected in late-2020. India will be among the first few countries to get the bike early next year, and we anticipate a price in the range of Rs 2.7 lakh.

(2) Royal Enfield Hunter 350

The engine is shared with the next-generation Royal Enfield Classic 350 and Royal Enfield Meteor 350. This 349cc single-cylinder air-cooled fuel-injected counterbalanced powerplant produces 20.4PS and 27Nm in the cruiser and is mated to a 5-speed transmission.

The rest of the underpinnings are also comparable to the next-generation Classic/Meteor 350 range. It comes standard with a telescopic front fork and disc brakes on both ends, as well as dual-channel ABS.

The riding ergonomics of the hunter are expected to be quite comfortable for both city runabouts and highway rides, thanks to the easy-to-reach handlebars and neutral footpeg position. The instrument cluster on the bike resembles that on the Meteor 350. The bike is expected to be released by Royal Enfield in mid-2021. It is expected to cost around Rs 1.7 lakh (ex-showroom). When it is released, it will be a direct competitor to the Honda H’Ness CB350, the upcoming Triumph-Bajaj motorcycle(s), and the already available Jawa Forty Two.

(3) Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650

The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is expected to be released in India in April 2022, with a price range of $30,000 to $350,000. Royal Enfield Interceptor 650, Benelli 502C, and Kawasaki Vulcan S are currently available bikes that are similar to the Super Meteor 650. Another bike that is similar to the Super Meteor 650 is the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, which will be available in India in June 2022.

The Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is a cruiser that is based on the well-known 650cc platform. This motorcycle will be positioned above the Interceptor and will be marketed as a premium cruiser.

In terms of styling, the bike will feature a rear-swept handlebar and forward-set footpegs that will deliver relaxed ergonomics. The motorcycle will feature a round headlight with a chrome bezel, a tear-drop fuel tank, split-style seats, twin-sided exhaust canisters, and a round tail light. Similar to the current 650cc motorcycles, the upcoming cruiser will feature twin-sided exhaust pipes.

The Super Meteor will be powered by the same 648cc, air-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 47bhp and 52Nm of peak torque. This motor would be coupled to a six-speed transmission. According to spy photos, the suspension will feature upside-down front forks and twin-sided rear springs. Disc brakes on both wheels will handle braking duties. The cruiser motorcycle, as seen in spy photos, will have alloy wheels wrapped in tubeless tyres.

The Super Meteor, like the other Royal Enfields on the market, will be available with a plethora of accessories.
