Couple Received the car after 9 months of waiting
We recently met a couple who had received their XUV 700 after nine months of waiting.
Imagine, waiting for a car for nine months. It must seem absurd, but the couple was confident that their patience was rewarded.
They claimed to have been the first to reserve the car and were eager to have it delivered during the festive period, but due to a delay, they were unable to do so. As a result, they began looking at other cars on the market, including the Tata Harrier, Kia Carens, and MG ZS EV. Even though they compared the XUV 700 to luxury brands like BMW and Mercedes, but they didn’t find them as promising as XUV 700.
They were overjoyed to receive their car at last after a prolonged wait. The couple was questioned regarding their experience with the delivery end of the dealership. and they responded in an amazing way. They told that the staff was also very helpful and provided them with excellent service. The car was purchased from Koncept Automobiles, Noida Sec-6.
The owner was observed to be extremely satisfied with their choice of engine, features, and overall aspects of the car. The AX7 Diesel Manual model was the one they had ordered & was extremely Satisfied, with the car. They claimed that they were never compelled to purchase any accessories from the dealership’s side and that when they purchased insurance from somewhere else, the showroom staff was completely fine with that, and had no issues.
The car had its first service since it was about a month old. The couple reported having a wonderful experience and a very seamless process. They received regular updates regarding their vehicle and quickly received their car in a couple of hours.
Speaking of their favorite car features, they acknowledged Alexa and adaptive cruise control because the owner frequently travels long distances.
Overall, the couple was found to be extremely satisfied with the vehicle and Mahindra’s services, whether they came from the dealership or the service department. Their final comment was that the owners who are awaiting their XUV 700 should wait for it even if it takes some time because the vehicle is excellent.
