Maruti Suzuki 5-door Jimny- Engine/ Transmission Options
The Jimny is powered by the same tested 1.5-litre petrol engine that powers the Ertiga, Brezza, and Ciaz. The engine produces 103bhp and 134Nm of torque, which powers the rear wheels. The engine is mated to either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission. The new Jimny’s main selling point is its 4WD capability. The SUV is equipped with the company’s AllGrip technology and a low-ratio transfer case, allowing the Jimny to travel on tuff-terrain roads.
