One month ago, Tata Motors showcased an exclusive edition of its flagship SUV at Vivo IPL 2021 in Dubai, the Tata Safari Gold Edition.
Starting at a price of Rs 21.89 lakh( ex-showroom, India), the Tata Safari Gold Edition comes in two colours: White Gold and Black Gold, with manual and automatic transmissions in the top-spec Safari XZ+ and Safari XZA+ variants in 6- and 7-seater layouts.
What’s New in Gold Edition?
The front grille is finished in gold, which complements the tri-arrow elements nicely. Furthermore, gold panels highlight the Daytime Running Lamps and headlamps, as well as some tasteful executions on the door handles, roof applique, Tata logos, and Safari lettering at the back.
The gold used is matte rather than shiny, which makes it appear a lot more appealing in person. Gold badges on the front fenders add a special touch to the exteriors. It also gets the same 18-inch alloys as the top-spec Safari, but in ‘Charcoal Black,’ like the Safari Adventure Persona edition.
Tata Safari Gold : New Features
The Safari Gold, which is based on the top-spec Safari XZ+, comes standard with a wireless smartphone charger, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, an air purifier, diamond-quilt leather seats, and the showpiece, ventilated first and second-row seats (the latter only on the six-seat model).
