Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition- What’s New?

The well-liked Xpulse 200 4V motorcycle now comes in a new, limited Rally Edition from Hero Motocorp. Longer suspension travel, more ground clearance, and exclusive Rally code graphics with “CS Santosh” autograph on the fuel tank are just a few improvements you’ll get from the factory-fitted rally kit. Bookings for the limited-edition Xpulse 200 4V Rally, which costs 1,52,100, will be accepted from July 22 through July 29 of 2022.

Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition- Engine Performance

The same 200 CC, 4-valve oil-cooled engine that produces 18.9 hp at 8500 RPM and 17.35 Nm at 6500 RPM powers the XPulse 200 4V (RE) mechanically. A 5-speed gearbox handles transmission duties. Hero also includes a 7-fin oil cooler for efficiency cooling, which offers better power across the mid- and top-end speed ranges as well as stress-free engine performance at higher speeds for leisurely cruising.

Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition- Improved Suspension & Specs 

The Xpulse 200 4V offers a fully adjustable front suspension with 250 mm of travel and a fully adjustable 10-step rear suspension with 220 mm of travel for an additional $16,000. Additionally, the ground clearance has increased by 270 mm and the seat height by 885 mm. With a 1426 mm wheelbase and 40 mm handlebar risers, the motorcycle’s trail has increased to 116 mm. All of these factors combine to create a riding stance that inspires a lot of confidence.

Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition- Off-road Capability

The 21″ front and 18″ rear spoke wheels on the Xpulse 200 4V are outfitted with dual-purpose tyres. Hero is additionally outfitted with an underbody aluminium skid plate to shield the engine, toothed brake discs for improved control and grip, and an upswept exhaust for navigating deep water. The motorcycle’s kerb weight of 160 kg has not changed.

The Rally edition of the Xpulse 200 4V has the same LCD instrument cluster as the standard model, including smartphone connectivity, call alerts, a gear indicator, an eco mode, and two trip metres. Along with standard LED headlight and tail light units, a single-channel ABS is also offered.

Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition- Rally Kit Add-ons

Hero Motocorp recently introduced its rally kit option for the Xpulse 200 4V, which costs 46,000, in addition to the rally edition. True to its name, the rally kit equips the Xpulse 200 4V with off-road capabilities, including increased ground clearance, longer suspension travels, and a taller side stand. The total ex-showroom price of the Xpulse 200 4V with the rally kit will go upto₹1.82 lakh.
