Skoda Kushaq has been launched in India at an introductory price of Rs 10.50 lakh ( Ex-showroom, India ). Available with the choices of Petrol engines, Kushaq is the first SUV launched under the banner of the India 2.0 project of Skoda AUTO Volkswagen India, where cars from the Volkswagen Group will be heavily localized in India to keep prices competitive.
Currently ,the Skoda Kushaq is available in three trims – Active, Ambition and Style and the prices are as follows :

However, according to some media resources, Skoda is also planning to introduce a new top-end Monte Carlo variant to the Kushaq range.After the launch, the Monte Carlo edition could get a digital instrument panel, sporty contrast stitching seats, Monte Carlo badges all over the exteriors, sportier 18-inch alloy wheels, blacked-out ORVMs, and an overall sporty look and feel to the cabin. It could also get a panoramic sunroof. The Monte Carlo edition would be limited to the 1.5 TSI version.
The European Version of Kushaq ( knows as Kamiq ) also have a ‘Monte Carlo’ edition in which It gets a different paint option for the Monte Carlo versions,18″ Black Vega alloys, Amundsen satellite navigation with 9.2″ touchscreen display, Virtual Cockpit with 10.25″ display, Panoramic glass roof, Full LED headlights with dynamic indicators.
The Monte Carlo variant could be the perfect addition to the Kushaq range, and Skoda could use this variant to compete against the feature-loaded Creta and Seltos which are its closest rivals.
The Skoda Kushaq is positioned in the Compact SUV segment where it rivals the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Nissan Kicks, and its sibling Volkswagen Taigun.
