What’s under the hood ?

Unlike European countries, Skoda offers only one Petrol Engine in Superb in India which is a 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine. This TSI Motor produces 187 bhp of power and 320 N-m of Torque and it is mated to a 7-Speed DSG transmission.

Theoretically, this car could have been less expensive if other engine option were also available in it like 1.4 TSI or 1.8 TSI but practically, This 2.0 TSI engine is better suited to the large bodyshell.

What’s new in Skoda Superb 2021 ?

Nothing new in terms of mechanical specifications.

Only Features are updated which are as follows :

1.  The new adaptive LED headlamps, with LED DRLs, illuminated eyelashes, ‘coming / leaving home’ function as well as LED turn indicators, lend the refreshed ŠKODA SUPERB range a dynamic appearance.
2. The AFS modes, on the refreshed ŠKODA SUPERB, include city, inter-city, motorway, and rain.
3. It also gets 8 inch Amundsen Infotainment, with an inbuilt navigation system, features an updated user interface and supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
4.  While the refreshed SUPERB Laurin & Klement sports the revolutionary new two spoke steering wheel design, the SportLine dons three spoke flat bottom SuperSport multifunction steering wheel with paddle shift.
5. Virtual Cockpit and Wireless Charging Facility now come standard across the refreshed ŠKODA SUPERB range.
6. 360° Surround Area View and Park Assist make way to the refreshed ŠKODA SUPERB Laurin & Klement.
