Upcoming Tata Nexon- Exteriors To Get Completely Redesigned
The upcoming Nexon will have a completely new front, which will be sharper and will feature split LED headlamps. Taillamps are also found to be much sleeker, looking similar to those found on the Harrier and Safari.
The front and rear bumpers will be redesigned as well. The side profile, on the other hand, will remain largely unchanged, with the exception of a new design for the alloy wheels.
Upcoming Tata Nexon- To Borrow Interiors From The Curvv Concept SUV
The most noticeable iteration visible in the latest spy images is a new two-spoke, flat-bottom steering wheel seen on the Curvv concept. Furthermore, Tata’s new 10.25-inch touchscreen will be available, implying that the entire dashboard will be redesigned. This also suggests a step up in quality and equipment levels, with a new digital instrument cluster seen on the new Harrier and Safari Red Dark editions.
Upcoming Tata Nexon- To Get a New 1.2-litre Turbo Petrol Engine
The engine options for the upcoming Nexon will be a 1.5-litre diesel engine producing 108 bhp and 260 Nm. Tata Motors may use the new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine, which produces 123 bhp and 225 Nm. The current turbo petrol engine generates 118 bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque.
Upcoming Tata Nexon- Expected Launch/ Rivals
According to sources, series production for the Nexon facelift will begin in July 2023, with Tata Motors producing approximately 15,000 units for the petrol and diesel models combined. As a result, the car is expected to be released at the end of August.
The Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite will compete with the updated Nexon.
