TVS Ronin- Suspension/ Braking
The Showa upside-down front fork with gold finish and big piston technology provides better damping. The bike has a gas-charged mono-shock rear suspension with a floating piston at the rear axle. The Ronin is powered by a 300mm disc front and a 240mm disc rear brake with ABS as standard (anti-lock braking system). The bike’s top-tier model features dual-channel ABS. Surprisingly, the ABS unit has two modes that can be selected: Rain and Urban.
TVS Ronin- Engine Specifications
The new TVS motorcycle is powered by a 225.9cc single-cylinder engine through a 5-speed gearbox. The engine has been tuned to generate 201bhp at 7,750 rpm and 19.93Nm of torque at 3,750 rpm. According to TVS, the Ronin’s top speed is 120kmph.
TVS Ronin- Instrument Console
The bike manufacturer has equipped the new Ronin with a fully digital instrument console and a TVS SmartXonnect system that offers a variety of connected features. Bluetooth connectivity enables call and message receiving in addition to voice assistance and turn-by-turn directions.
TVS Ronin- Pricing/ Rivals
The Ronin is available from TVS in three variations: SS, DS, and TD. While SS and DS receive the same set of features in various colour shades, TD also receives some extra features. Priced ex-showroom at Rs. 1.49 lakh, Rs. 1.56 lakh, and Rs. 1.68 lakh, respectively. It will compete with the bikes like the Yamaha FZ-X, and Honda CB50 RS.
